Dual boot Menu?

I have 2 different Harddrives on my machine. ON my 1st HD Im running WIN XP and on my 2nd Im running Windows 2000 server, But I need to know how to make a dual boot menu for when my machine starts up I can choose either OS.
 
Not 100% sure...

But I believe you do this when you install your operating system.

Do a search on dual boot up...better off then listening to me :)
