One of our domain controllers is a windows 2000 server. I see MS doesnt
offer an upgrade for the DST 2007 change.
Is there a fix? or would coming in and manually adjusting the clock work.

thanks

This article walks you through creating a .vbs and a .reg file that you can
use to update the Win 2k machines. It even walks you through creating a
batch file to call the two other files so you can use group policy to
distribute them to all Win 2k machines.

For a small office wouldnt it be easier to just manually change the clock?

I'm in a small office too and unless I'm missing something, I think
that all I have to do is download the Timezone Editor and manually
change the timezone info. As far as I've been able to determine,
Microsoft didn't issue an automatic update for Windows 2000 Server.

If your equipment only uses one timezone setting, imo you are correct
and TZEdit is the simplest solution, even for a moderate number of
machines. (I updated 5 machines within approx 2 minutes).

The problem is if you feel you need to update *all* the affected
timezones. TZEdit, although exceedingly simple to use, would be
laborious for that. It might also be a bit tedious if you have *many*
machines to update (even if you limit the change to one timezone).
