DST Patch and XP Embedded SP1

Does Microsoft have a DST patch for XP Embedded SP1? I've searched
everywhere and it seems like only SP2 is supported. Running the SP2 patch
wont even let you install.

I believe Microsoft has dropped support for SP1. The only support available
for DST is in SP2.
