Is XPe affected by the DST 2007 changes? If so is there a hot-fix to apply?

I haven't seen that update available for XPe.
Is that just a registry entries changes under [HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones] key? Basically all he
TZI values for zones in US need to change.
Not to mention that you can simply run the XP's Tzchange.exe on XPe (assuming all required components are in your image).
Well.. There may be more in that update but still tzchange is there to help. You can extract all the info from update_SP2QFE.inf
file from the relevant XP SP2 update package.

(if you happened to have all the required Desktop QFE components in your image you can even run the update package exe on your
image).

The DB update will be out by the end of the year according to Jon Fincher in
the Windows Sustained Engineering group. He also says the XP-Pro version of
the update will be posted to the XPe oem secure site for download and
distribution to your devices in the field next month as well.
Watch for a update on our blog regarding this question in about a week.

There is a utility available at
http://www.sharpebusinesssolutions.com/dst2007.htm that can handle NT4,
all flavros and SP levels of Windows 2000, all SP levels of Windows XP,
and Windows Server 2003.
