What are these?

Why does Lavasoft's Spybot (and others like Anti-exploit)
ID these as spyware, and remove them, whild MSAS ignore
them?

This seems to be a common theme in many postings, but I
have seen no satisfactory answer

Because MS patched that DSO Exploit like two years ago? I'm not sure about
the Fast Click. I've never had any of them detect that on my box.
