No. Not without two DSL lines, which is not cost
effective. The cost effective thing to do is purchase a
small broadband gateway device and/or a hub. Both
computers are plugged into the hub and then the hub is
plugged into the gateway device like this:
Nowadays you have your choice between wired and/or
wireless solutions.
A DSL modem has to connect to something called a DSLAM,
which is located at the incumbent phone carrier's CO
(Central Office.)
