DSL install

I'm installing DSL service, and getting a "spooler
subsystem app" error, which is preventing the DSL service
from working. The techie over at the DSL place has tried
everything, and is convinced that this has something to
do with Microsoft XP.

Any ideas???

What type of DSL install? XP comes with DSL/cable modem support built-in,
if you are using an Ethernet network adapter (NIC).

If you are using a USB DSL modem, then you must correctly install the XP
drivers.

I suggest a different tech. If nobody there knows how to fix it, I
suggest a different ISP.
 
Spooler has to do with files sent to your printer...nothing to do with DSL.
