dskcache.exe

Does anyone have dskcache.exe they could send me so that I
can upgrade SP2 to SP4? Every time I load SP4 (or SP3 for
that matter), my machine slows to a crawl and I have to
revert to SP2. The fix for it was dskcache.exe. I would be
really grateful if someone could e-mail it to me.
