.Drv Failure

My friend sent me a .bat file and I (without checking the code) opened it,
and it went and deleted my .DRV Files, (System and System32)

I fixed everything covered by Realtek AC'97, but other drivers are still
damaged, System update won't run, Is there any way to repair/replace my .drv
files

Working on Windows XP - Home Edition

Need to do a repair install of Windows XP.
