Hi all,

I've noticed that the Microsoft Web-based Newsreader dropped my post "Unable
to access hosts by name across a PPTP VPN connection" yesterday. Has anyone
else experienced a dropped post recently? What is the
microsoft.public.windowsxp.work_remotely custom for handling dropped posts to
ensure on-going conversations aren't dropped? I'm considering a repost to
microsoft.public.windowsxp.work_remotely. Any objections?
FYI - I've notified Microsoft of the dropped post in the hopes that they'll
be able to resolve the problem quickly.

Al Jarvi, (if you're listening :) I've responded to you outside of the
Microsoft Web-based Newsreader using Google Groups.

Thanks,
Shaun

If your posting using the web based news groups the server(s) have been
having problems for the last day or so. Either be patient until the issue is
fixed or post via the msnews.microsoft.com NNTP news server using Outlook
Express/Windows Mail or some other news reader.
