Dropped Mapped Networded Drives

After a short time our Windows XP machines are dropping
the connections to the mapped networked drives. This
problem is new to our network. In order to reconnect
have to power down computers to reestablish connections.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try increasing the timeout
You can modify or disable this timeout with the NET CONFIG command.

If it works modify your registry to reflect what you want to see.
