Dropped faxes

I am running Shared Fax Service on Win 2000 Server. I
have just started using it to recieve faxes, but it seems
about 1/3 of the time it works fine. 1/3 it returns an
error, and 1/3 of the time it only recieve a partial fax.
Any suggestions?

What is the modem that you are using for receive on SBS 2000.? Please check
whether it is microsoft certified modem
