I have a table with the following information

Locations April May June
Conference Room 85% 85% 85%
Exam Room 85% 85% 85%
Waiting Room 55% 56% 22%
Patient Room 85% 56% 100%
Utility Room 85% 85% 78%
Elevators 1% 56% 52%
Laboratories 52% 56% 52%
Washrooms 52% 56% 52%
Pharmacy 44% 56% 52%
Entrances 100% 56% 63%
Offices 52% 56% 20%
Stairwells 5% 56% 5%
Corridors 55% 56% 55%

I created a dropdown list with the name of the months. I want to populate a
new table based on the selection in the drop down list. What would be the
best way of doing this??

My new table is

Conference
Exam Room
Waiting Room
Patient Room
Utility Room
Elevators
Laboratories
Washrooms
Pharmacy
Entrances
Offices
Stairwells
Corridors

When user selects April, I want conference value from april, when its june i
want the june value.

Suppose your data table occupies A1:D14, with the headings in row 1.
Suppose your drop-down is in A20, and that your list of rooms begins
in A22. Put this formula in B22:

=INDEX(B$2:D$14,MATCH(A22,A$2:A$14,0),MATCH(A$20,B$1:D$1,0))

Format the cell as percentage, then copy it down to B34.

Hope this helps.
