Dropdown Help

Hello. I know there have been many questions on dropdown help, but I am
having trouble figuring it out. I have a few links on the top of my page. I
want one to have multiple options when you hover over it.

I know that there are a lot of websites that do all of the html for you.
But I am having trouble figuring out where exactly to put all the code.

Here is the site: www.rentmsu.net - I want the "Rentals" link on top to
have a dropdown.

Just wondering if anybody can explain how I get started on doing this.
