dropdown arrow on address bar

Check that it is enabled here:

IE> Tools> Internet Options> Content> Autocomplete>

Nothing appears when I hit drop down arrow on right side of address bar to
pull up recent addresses. How do I remedy this?? (e-mail address removed)
