Hello--

We have one client on our network that is using Power Point 2007 and when he
prints a presentation where he has created a text box, put text in there and
added a drop shadow effect, when he prints the slides in color, the drop
shadow is removed.

Is there some setting in Power Point 2007 that we are missing, or is this a
known bug, etc.?

Thank you,

Click the Office button, then PPT Options. There's an option in there for
"high quality" printing. Check that box.

Thanks. I just let the client know and I'll post the results.
