Drop downs

Hi

I'm also trying to create drop downs, drop downs in the
forms are fine. The problem is creating a drop down where
you are asking the user to specify dates, product codes
etc.

for example we have a form button for performance by
product, at the moment it just asks for a free text entry,
how do I make this a drop down entry?
