When adding drop downs to a form can you format it so that the drop down
arrow does not print?

I goofed the drop down box arrow does not print. Do know the limit for
characters on a drop down item? I need to have roughly two sentences per
item in the box. I'm finding they do not fit though. Also when selecting the
item it will not show the whole item on the document, it will not carry to
the next line. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Andrew,

I think 40 characters is the limit; display is definitely limited to a single
line (no word wrap).

In the Forms section of my website you'll find a workaround to not being able
to print ampersands (&) in dropdowns. You can apply the same principle to
solve your problem.

Another possibility would be to use the approach given in this article (valid
for Word 97 and later)
