Drop-down menus

My favorites menu has suddenly started showing only 3 or
4 faves and an arrow to expand the drop-down menu. How
do I get it to revert to showing all of the faves (don't
want the extra click every time of expanding the menu)?

In IE, Tools | Internet Options | Advanced, uncheck Enable Personalized
Favorites Menu.
