Drop down menu

I need a drop down menu. Can someone please help as to how to insert
one in Column A. I want to be able to select from drop down menu no
matter what cell I'm in in Column A. Thanks in advance!!!

What would you do with the selection from each cell's menu?

Have you looked at Data>Validation>List feature?

You could set the same List for every cell in column A.

You can create your list on another tab if you name it and use the
name in the Data Validation > Allow: List > Source. On Sheet 2 you
would put your list in column A then highlight your list and name it.
Say we name it "ListA"

One Sheet 1 you select column A, go to the data tab > Data
Validation. On the settings tab, in the Allow field select List and
in the source field you enter "=<listname>" i.e.

=ListA

This will tie your data validation to the list you named on Sheet 2
