drop down menu

I am creating a word document. I would like to add a column of 12 rows.
Within each row i would like to add a drop down menu for our vet to choose
options while doing an exam on a pet.

1: Coat and Skin: (drop down menu) with text wihtin that she can choose
from...noraml, abnormal, fleas, etc....

Please help. thanks
