Drop down menu missing parts

Hi, I was downloading a word.doc from yahooland and when I went to "save
Target as" it was not there. Then I noticed that "print" is also useless as
is "Cut" & "Paste"? I can see them on the drop down menu but they are not
colored black like the others that work.

I am running Win 98 SE, IE 6. I have all of Windows critical updates. I
have scanned system and comes back clean. I did scanreg/fix no help & I did
scanreg/restore and it tells me restore failed. I re-installed IE 6 still
not working.

I also re-installed win98 SE from the desktop without formatting & that
didn't work

Can anyone please help with this thank you

Save Target As and Print Target Commands Are Unavailable
