Drop Down Menu Builders?

Is there any good programs (not coding as I can find lots of coding) that do
css or dhtml drop down menus for a website. Not looking for anything fancy
but would like a program to do simple drop down menus withough Java.

Can't think of a proggie off the top of my head, but see the below for

JavaScript Menu Master is good and really easy to use. That's if you
don't mind their info in your source code.
