Hi all:
I have created a form in Access 2000 where one field is a date field. I
have set the input mask and format so it works as I wish. However when I
showed the application to one of the many people that will be using it, his
comment was it would sure be nice if we could have a "drop down calendar"
where the users could click on the data to be entered.

I believe this can be done but have no idea how to go about it. Can anyone
offer some help?

Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
FatMan

In the VBA editor, click on Other Tools.
There is a calendar control there that you can use.

Dave, is this different from the Calendar Control 9.0 that you get when you
go to More Controls in Form Design View? I don't seem to have Other Tools in
the VBA Editor in my Acc2K. The Calender tool has a big fat Month title
which would make it hard to look like a Drop Down (like those cute pop-ups
you get on online bank statements), more like a Major Avalanche.

Klatuu:
Thanks for the advice. I don't seem to have "Other Tools" as a menu option
in my install of Access 2000. Any ideas?

Still looking for a "dop down calendar" so my user can click on a data
instead of typing it in.

Thanks,
FatMan
