Drop down boxes help

Hi using excel 2003
I need to create a workbook so that when I am on the phone to one of m
clients I can ask them questions and reply with answers pre-stored i
the drop down box. Also I would like to have the functionality if i
isn't there to add it and grow the list of drop down items. I hav
looked into using the validation and source but it seems very hard
can only add one item.

Any Ideas

Hello
Use a dynamic name to refer to your items list
eg: items on sheet Sheet2 starting in A1, Insert Name Define Name = MyList1,
RefersTo = =OFFSET(Sheet2!A1,,,COUNTA(Sheet2!A:A))
Use this name (MyList1) in Data Validation
Each time you will add an item in your items list on sheet 2, the drop down
list will automatically be updated with the added items.
