Hello there!

I hope you can help me how to create a drop down list box.
Example

I need a drop down list in a column of the following
YES
NO
Always
Never

Hi

Have a look at Data / Validation. From here you can create your own list, or
point at an existing list.

1. Go to Data > Validation
2. Under "Allow", select "List"
3. In the "Source" box, put:
YES,NO,Always,Never
