drop and drag not working properly

One of my users says that all of a sudden when she drags
and drops attachments it appears in the body of her email
rather than setting up the attachment line. It was fine
until last week. Then, on Friday, it started working
correctly and today it is going wrong. What do I do to fix
this?

Thank you for any assistance.
 
Where the attachment is placed on a mail message is governed by the format
of the mail message. Within the body means that the message is in Rich Text
and within its own field means the format is either Plain or HTML.
