Driving me CRAZY!!!At Wits End

Hi
No way I can get remote assistance to work...Checked
settings (that I know) Remote access works fine but I need
to fix my brothers computer in florida and the messenger
remote assistance wont work.Tried the email way through
help and my computer locks up HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
 
there another program you can use called radmin its on 30 day trail www.radmin.com it works great works will all windows version remote only work with xp users if you are using router make sure you open ports and make sure you enable i think wang request hope this help you out
