When I got to part 5 where it talks about adding network
components, espsically the "Client for MS Networks" when
you click on "add" it prompts me for a driver. Is this
driver included in my XP disk?

Yeah.. Whatever - want to tell us "Part 5" of what?
Keep your responses in the same thread!

Shehan,

Sorry you're having a "bad day." Or whatever. Do me a
favor don't respond to any of help threads. I'd rather
pay a moron to help me than to have your help. God Bless
you and Yours.

The name is "Shenan". I do not normally correct spelling, but as it is my
name, I actually feel the compulsion to do so. As for responding to you,
beyond correcting the spelling of my name, your response will get nothing
other than a footnote to you that I am and was in a fine mood when I
responded.

As for the Original Poster, here is more information - although I suspect
they are far beyond this point by now.

You say you cannot get past "Part 5" of some steps. As you have posted this
reply out of context, any response I would give you would be assumption and
speculation on my part. I would prefer you either post in the original
thread so that the complete idea can be seen and perhaps someone can help
you propmptly OR you can merely tag on what instructions you are talking
about.

I can ASSUME if you like that you are speaking of the Microsoft Knowledge
Base articles (translated from German) for setting up home networking. Or
this particular set of KB articles:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=813936

Part 5 would be:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=813940

And to answer your query, YES - in fact everything you need better be on
your original XP CD. Likely in a CAB file. However, you shouldn't have to
worry about where it is too much.
