I restored my computer, when I did I lost my sound, printer, help and
support, e,f,g drive.
 
How did you restore the computer? If you reinstalled Windows you have
to reinstall the drivers for your hardware and devices. As for the e,f,
& g drives can you see them with the Disk Management tool? To launch
the tool enter diskmgmt.msc in the Start menu Run box.

What happens when you install the most recent WinXP-specific print
drivers, as provided by your printer's manufacturer's web site? What
happens when you download and install the WinXP-specific audio drivers,
as provided by your sound card's or computer's manufacturer?
