Drivers for Targus 4-port USB Hub

I am running Windows XP Professional on a Dell Latitude
Laptop. I am trying to install a Targus Ultra Mini 4-
port USB Hub and the Hardware Wizard can't find the
drivers. This product is supposed to be compatible with
Windows XP. Any ideas?
 
I do not think the HUBs need a driver. I have installed two (although not
Targus) and never needed a driver.
