Drivers for Pixma Printers (e.g. MP 750)

Hello,

my experience showed me, that alle Pixma-Printer-Drivers do not support the
CD-Tray-Printing...

Will be there an fixing?

Yes youre right. But I guess thats the intention of a new OS.
The CD-tray "paper"-source has been already implemented, but I cant find an
program that "sees" this funktion....
 
I am running a Canon IP6000D and all is well. The really amazing thing for
me is that I have an Olympus Camedia P-400 printer using dye-sublimation and
it actually installed and running flawlessly. Now THAT was a pleasant
surprise. I was never able to run it flawlessly on XP.

What's this to do with Microsoft. Microsoft doesn't write the drivers.
That's up to the hardware manufacturers to write proper drivers that work
with Vista. You need to bug Canon not MS.
 
I cannot get my Canon iP6000D to work(install) with the CD or downloaded
files from Canon website. All the files seem to be compatible for Windows XP,
2000 or older versions. Maybe Vista isn't what it's all advertised to be!!
