Drivers for Intel ICH9M-E/N SATA AHCI controller

A labtop PC I bought comes with Vista preinstalled. I am attempting to
install on it Windows XP but having difficulty finding the drivers for
the SATA controller, Intel ICH9M-E/N SATA AHCI. Could anyone help?

You should deep-six the thought of installing SATA/RAID controller
drivers from a 3rd party,simply go to intel.com,downloads,chipset software,
matrix storage,on the results page,youre ICH9 drivers for the floppy & the
OS will be available.
