Drivers for all users

I have machines that are networked at work. How do I make drivers available
to all users who log on? Currently, every user has to install the drivers the
first time they log on.
 
That would depend on circumstances.

My usual arrangement is to have an I: drive mapping on a server, which is
readonly to all but admins. Under this there is a folder structure conaining
drivers for printers, etc. If a new printer is put onsite the drivers go in
there as a matter of standard policy, and (to avoid outdated versions of
drivers on discs that are kicking-around causing weird bugs) the policy is
that NO drivers shall be installed from discs unless the I: drive has been
checked first, and none found.
