is their a way to get drivers from microsoft that i dont have to pay driver
max for???? from kellys tips and tweaks... it says i have several bad drivers
how do i know this is true and if they are can i get them any where for free

If the drivers relate to a piece of hardware on your system you can get new
updated drivers from the manufacturer of the hardware.
Under Device Manager/ it list the devices and their names.
If not too sure post the device name and file here.

This is not the first time I've heard of some company trying to soak
users for drivers. You *never* need to pay for drivers. You don't get
drivers from Microsoft anyway - as "peter" wrote you, you get drivers
from the hardware mftr. Or you get them from the company that made your
computer if it is a computer like an HP, Dell, Sony, etc.

If you are having troubles with your sound, then you would get drivers
from Creative for your SB Live card. If updating the drivers doesn't
work, then your sound card may not be working or it may not support what
you are trying to do. The SB Live Value is an old card.

Check with the FAQ's ("Frequently Asked Questions) and Help at PalTalk
and Ksolo for troubleshooting with their software. They will have a
system requirements section and you can find out if your sound card is
supported. If it is not, you will need to buy a supported sound card.

If this is all too confusing, then have a professional computer person
take a look and solve the issue. This will probably not be someone from
your local version of BigStoreUSA.
