DRIVER_HRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL please explain!!

After running a Torrent program for about an hour or so, its downloading well etc. I get a blue screen that says DRIVER_HRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL then it says its shutting down, and to check on all the standard stuff etc. Why am I getting this message and no one else? I Can't find it listed anywhere! I know its rare for XP to blue screen but its bugging me so much! What can I do? I finally find a file sharing prog that works and now I get this? I thought it might be something with the networking stuff but please help
