Each time I boot up my Vista Home Premium system I get a message that says:
"Windows needs to install driver softwre for your unknown device." I
believe "unknown device" refers to my Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse
because if I cancel the mesage by clicking on "Cancel" my mouse or keyboard
ceases to function. Thanks to a previous posting on this board I have
downloaded and installed the drivers for the keyboard and mouse, and they
both work fine. So now I respond to the message by "X-ing" it out (usually
5 or 6 clicks on the X in the upper right hand corner removes the message).
Anyone have a suggestion for how I can get rid of this annoyance?
