Use the manufacturer's website. Using system properties in control panel will allow you to get to the hardware tab and device manager. From here, you can see the devices installed in your system. If you have a machine that has been built by a major manufacturer (Dell, HP, etc), the best suggestion is to use their site for updated drivers. They will allow you to input information about your computer and show you the list of available software for your hardware.
