Driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations

When I turn off my computer that great blue screen comes up with Amon.sys
problem which reads "driver_unloaded_without_cancelling_pending_operations."
It then recommendes deleting new programs, cache programs, etc. I have
tried several things but to no avail. Welcome suggestions - John

I had the same problem and I believe it started after one of NOD32
antivirus upgrades. I didn't find an answer to a similar problem on
the newsgroups.

NOD32 Kernel Service was running under Local System account. I changed
it
to run under .\Administrator account and those BSOD stopped.

Please let me know if it also works with you.
