I was having trouble with my mouse so I plugged another one into a USB slot.
Later I disconnected the second mouse and got a BSOD. When i rebooted I got
the subject message, with reference to LHidvlt2.sys, which I've discovered is
a Logitech driver. I plugged the mouse back in and rebooted and got a
different BSOD, "Page fault in non-paged area."
In desperation I installed a second copy of Windows XP, which will boot, but
does not give me access to all my settings and programs from the original OS.
Now I have two copies of XP, one which won't boot, and one that boots but
will probably require a reinstallation of everything. Where should I go from
here?
Thanks,
Tom
