Driver question

I have a Radeon 9600 series card, and the Device Manager reports driver
version as 6.14.10.6505. I note that catalyst 7.7 drivers are out. Would
it be advisable to upgrade to these? The present system is stable and I
value stability most of all.

ATI's monthly driver updates will get the most out of your card.
I'm running 7.7 with complete stability and a few more fps than 7.6
