driver problems

I'm getting double strikes in the printing and the printing on the page is
not formatted like the screen. any suggestions...

Most of this OKI series have their own test utility built in which does not use
the normal windows driver, this utility has a test page function.
If yours has this you will find it at Start/Programs/Okidata (or similar). Open
the utility and print the test page. If the page is good then you probably need
to reinstall the OKI Windows drivers (uninstall first), if the test page is bad
then there is probably a problem with the printer that will need OKI to
diagnose.

Take a screen shop and paste into paint. That way you are printing an image and the formatting wont change!
