For Intel drivers there are switches that allow you to unpack all files
instead of installing them.
NVIDIA likes to extract all files before installing them.
Also after you install drivers you can find required files in inf, drivers
and system32 folders.
To track them down you can use filemon or inctrl5 utilities.
