I have a MCSE question as follows and I hope you can give
me a detailed explanation as well as an answer.

You are the administrator of a Windows 2000 professional
computer. You install a device on the computer, but
Windows does not install and configure the device
properly. The Device Manager reports "This device cannot
find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to
use this device, you will need to disable one of the other
devices on this system. (code 12)"" Which two methods can
you use to resolve this problem? (Choose two)

a. Restart the computer
b. Update the system BIOS
c. Remove any unneeded ISA devices
d. Manually assign resources to the device

(c) and (d), although in many cases (d) either doesn't work or
isn't even an option.
