Driver Irql-not-less-or-equal

i keep getting this message that goes traight to a blue
screen, dumps the physical memory, and says that its
because the Irql-not-less-or-equal. Now, i have updated
every single driver i have, as well as fiddled in bios.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
 
Hi.

It should tell you which file is causing the error. Find out what file that
is related to. Most times this error is caused by hardware drivers if you
can find out what driver is causing the error you can probably diagnose from
there
