Driver installation query

The recommended method of installation involves removing all ATI software.
Does this mean you won't have the option of roll-back? How could this happen
if you've deleted the original drivers?

You can get the earlier drivers at www.ati.com
 
Correct. If for some reason the new drivers give you problems (haven't
happened to me in about 4 years), you will have to remove the new drivers,
then reinstall the old drivers.

Thanks for that. I would just want to revert to the present driver which
Device Manager reports as 6.14.10.6505. What would this "translate" to on
AMD/ATIs web site?
