Driver for Compaq Floppy Driver (2833)

My XP (Sony Notebook) cannot get a driver for Compaq PCMCIA
Floppy disk driver.
( PCMCIA Floppy disk driver is shown on hardware wizard :
Canon_Electronics_INC. FDCard_Ver._1.00 )

Information of the PCMCIA Floppy :-
- Series 2833
- Compaq Spares 190563-001
- FCCID : DLDMD3661P1

I have also searched this hardware on Compaq site but there
is nothing to fing.

I have already submit this hardward XML to MS Compatibility
Center, but there is also nothing to find related driver.

Although Google find a link on driverguide.com to download
a driver for this hardware, the download driver is not work.

Would you let me know how can I do ?
