Can I delete this folder, (driver cache) located in my windows folder, or are my installed drivers kept in this folder?
My thoughts were that this was a folder for drivers that I might need to install?

Your drivers are in Windows\inf\oem(oem1, oem2 ....)
duble click on the inf file and find out which one is the
driver that you are looking for.

Joe, yes you can delete this folder, it stores the
temporary copies of drivers that are frequently used, and
speeds up system response time.

If you delete the files in that folder and a driver is required you will have to
insert the appropriate installation CD-ROM that contains the driver files. For more
