Driver Access and loading hardware

I am not able to add new hardware to my computer. I hook up my product thru
USB and it finds the product I look the software but says there is an error
when it tries to install the driver. I have gotten a code 28 with this. I
have a digital camera and printer that I cannot get to work. I do not know
if i need to reload windows or something.

Do the error messages give you the option of reporting this error to
Microsoft? If so then what happens when you choose this option?

If there is a known solutiuon for your specific error then you will
recieve a response when you report the error.
