I recently got a new rebuilt computer and I took the usb off of my old
rebuilt computer to add to my latest. Now when I turn on my latest computer
and it starts to count up it will stop and the message says:

DriverA not ready
Insert diskette and reboot

The problem is that I do not have a diskette and the man that I got the
computer from is not around to take the computer to. Please advise what I
can do.

Maybe the usb card is asking for it's drivers.
Remove the usb and see if it's okay.

Did Windows 2000 find the new hardware and did it installed the
drivers itself. If not then, visit the usb manufacturer's site
and download their drivers.
